If you are experiencing problems please ensure:

• You have at least a Pentium III with 128MB RAM
• Set your screen resolution to at least 800x600
• Dissable any firewall. Windows XP has default firewall which must be
dissabled.
• Ensure you are not on a network. i.e 2 computers connected together.
• Ensure you have the latest verion of Internet Explorer 6
